“My young fellas have been coming to this place for awhile. A few weeks back I wasn't pleased with one haircut. The manager Lyric jumped right on top of it. He asked for pictures so ge could see exactly what I was describing. He immediately asked if I could return so they could make it right. I declined that day but asked him if I could bring them in on another day, as I needed some hair to grow back in. He was perfectly fine with that. My young fellas went in today and of course he honored his word for the one. They both came out looking very handsome from a haircut well done. Customer service is important.
