Wow! I called in a panic this morning after a terrible haircut elsewhere, wondering if there happened to be any last minute cancellations. Heather asked me a few questions to assess the situation, and I told her I was desperately trying to find someone to help me with some damage control while my kids were in preschool for the morning. She said if I could come right away, she could dry cut my hair and help me out! She worked me in during the 10 minutes she had between clients, showed me exactly how she was fixing the worst parts of my haircut, and taught me how to better ask for what I wanted next time.
