He was just getting back in from being away on vacation so he said he wouldn’t be able to come that night but he could the next day.
He said if I wanted to send him a picture of the issue he may be able to talk us through what to do. So I did that and we were able to fix the problem with him on the phone.

“I put a work order request through my apartment. Wade Hardin Plumbing called me to set up an appointment and swiftly tried to resolve the issue. Brian and Tyler responded and could not proceed without shutting off the water to the whole apartment complex. They were very thoughtful not only of myself but other residents and notified my apartment managers of another date. They explained that they would have to cut a hole in the wall to fix the leak. They asked if I had any other issues and I just rambled about the old tub and the fixtures. When the young men returned at a later date, they were very professional. I came back to no leak AND they even put in a new spout and shower head for me! I was really pleased. I could tell they tried their best to clean up any messes from the wall and they wiped down my tub. I was super pleased with their work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail (both visits they wiped their shoes before coming in!) Business or personal consumer, I would recommend anyone to this organization. I called and spoke to Miss Christina about how well these young men did. Great Job Brian and Tyler!
Side note, the hole had to be patched up by my apartment complex. I am not sure if this business handles/specializes in wall repair but that is something to consider when fixing plumbing. Overall great experience ?“
