The plumbers who came out to our house were very nice! They answered questions and were patient with the process! They had to take down some of our pavers and when they were done they put them back in place! A lot of people would have left them for us to fix! They let us know about seeing 2 snakes so we were aware of where they could be hiding! Very nice people!
I put a work order request through my apartment. Wade Hardin Plumbing called me to set up an appointment and swiftly tried to resolve the issue. Brian and Tyler responded and could not proceed without shutting off the water to the whole apartment complex. They were very thoughtful not only of myself but other residents and notified my apartment managers of another date. They explained that they would have to cut a hole in the wall to fix the leak.
