I recently had the pleasure of working with Bass Plumbing, who were contracted by my home warranty company to replace my garbage disposal. I must say, their professionalism, promptness, and genuine concern for their clients stood out immensely. I happened to come across some negative reviews for Bass Plumbing online, and I genuinely can't understand why. From my experience, it's essential to differentiate between what a plumber is authorized to do and what the warranty company allows. Raymond did an amazing job troubleshooting the problem with my natural gas water heater. Once the part was ordered, he then was able to install it within 30 mins. I would highly recommend Bass Plumbing!!!
