They clarified details with me if questions arose to ensure the end result was what I was looking for. They also were very polite and showed up when they said they would. Kristen was extremely helpful in choosing tile, accents, fixtures, countertop surfaces and mirrors to keep the room bright and clean. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them!“

“William came by my home on 9-7-21 to write a estimate to replace the flooring in the condo I lease.AS of yesterday 9-13-21 I have not heard back from him.I spoke with his associate on 9-10-21 was told that William was off until 9-13-21 but he would get the information and get me a quote.As of yesterday 9-13-21 I have not heard from anyone from William's Floor Covering.Carpet as well as other things in retail there are always other options.Today Jimmy forwarded a email with the estimate I need.Thanks to Jimmy for helping with matter.“
