Recently, Stines High-Country Insulation completed work at my home in Banner Elk. Michael promptly came out to meet with me and inspect my home. He developed strategies to address a unique insulation need for an area of my home. I was so pleased with the quality of work and outcome- Michael is now working on a second project to replace all of the insulation under my crawl, including a new vapor barrier. Prior to inspection- I was unaware of the poor condition and insufficient R-Value of the existing insulation. These two projects will quickly pay for themselves through reduced energy costs. Michael and Stines Insulation did a great job from start to finish. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The work was done efficiently and the quality was top-notch. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I’d definitely recommend Stines Insulation to anyone needing insulation work done.
Couldn’t be more happy with the work performed!! These guys go above and beyond the scope of the work. Most of the time a typical homeowner won’t go and check a small crawlspace after it has been insulated, however I got my son to crawl in there to double check everything. To my surprise it was all done to a T, even the areas that I myself would have completely understood if they didn’t do! Very impressive!
