“I absolutely love this place. I was in the area and decided to stop in for a spa pedi and a gel manicure. Lin, the manicurist, was amazing. She was friendly and met my expectations! The salon itself was clean, the restroom was clean, the music was relaxing, the staff was friendly. And as an added bonus, I visited on their one-year anniversary so there were some yummy snacks in their beautiful spread. If I'm ever in New Bern for an extended time again, I will definitely be back“

“Tho we had a 1030 appt, we were asked to wait about 15 min. The manager du jour was very apologetic and explained the staffing issue. The tech who worked on my 93 yo MIL feet was pronounced “really good at her job” by mom. She hadn’t had foot care for some time, and it was a lot of careful work! As mom is unsteady and uses a walker, our tech suggested gel polish for the toes so mom could put her shoes on right away, rather than paper flip flops (baby, it’s cold outside as well). Our thoughtful tech did a lovely job on her manicure as well - while mom stayed in the massage chair - so she didn’t have to move about which, I am certain was less comfortable for the technician. Lovely work. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend.“

“I love going here and it’s always a fun experience. Everyone is warm and welcoming (great sense of humor may I add) and do an excellent job. There has been one or two instances when an appointment was double booked but I was just as happy and satisfied with the who did them. I saw no reason to stop going because I couldn’t have who I wanted. I too sometimes drive over an hour to get there, anyway!! I highly recommend making an appointment they are extremely busy but I’m telling it’s worth it. Their work is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable ❤️“

“I was skeptical to go here after reading some of the negative reviews but I went with luxury nails to get my acrylics removed because their prices were way better compared to the last place I went. I also had my natural nails repainted pink for Valentine’s Day. Today I just wanted the bare basic as I just returned home from vacation. My cuticles look terrible right now because I’m a nervous biter and I didn’t get get a manicure today so that part was out of their control. I am very satisfied with this salon. They were patient with me and I feel like they took their time. The salon itself was very clean and beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and they were playing soft rock which was very nice.
