I love going here and it’s always a fun experience. Everyone is warm and welcoming (great sense of humor may I add) and do an excellent job. There has been one or two instances when an appointment was double booked but I was just as happy and satisfied with the who did them. I saw no reason to stop going because I couldn’t have who I wanted. I too sometimes drive over an hour to get there, anyway!! I highly recommend making an appointment they are extremely busy but I’m telling it’s worth it. Their work is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable ❤️

Got the manicure. It was nice. They turned these rough stones into inviting and soft polished gems. ?? It looked amazing when finished. I’m just a man though so what do I know. The staff was great and the conversation was fun. Not my thing but will probably go again.

Best nail salon in New Bern. The staff is very professional. The place is always clean and organized, even in the back rooms. I appreciate that the place doesn't smell like acrylic fumes, as most nail salons do. Focus Nails does gel, and powder but not acrylic. They also use individual extractors at each table to protect indoor air quality. Loooove this place.
