The staff here were very kind, and I appreciate how polite everyone was. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with my pedicure.
I arrived at 12:30 PM for a basic pedicure and didn’t leave until around 2:15 PM because my toenails kept peeling/falling off almost immediately after application.
One nail came off while I was still in the chair and was fixed. After paying and getting to my car, two more came off. I went back in and had them fixed again, but another nail (my big toe) fell off right after.

I usually go to Kayleigh once a month and I LOVE HER WORK. Today i was informed she’s on vacation for another month so i decided I couldn’t wait and went ahead in. The guy who did them has done my toes before and he did great on them I enjoyed the outcome but I just felt super rushed. I presented the picture that had diamonds in every finger and got quoted a price but during my service I felt so rush and like I was bothering him so I opted for a short cut but still got charged the same price. Overall I do think he did good work but I just felt like I couldn’t enjoy the service. I’ll be waiting for Kayleigh to come back
