I can’t recommend Trey Letchworth Plumbing enough. I had a leak in my clawfoot tub and needed someone to come take a look. Trey showed up the very next day, quickly identified the issue, and had it tightened and fixed in no time.
What really stood out was his honesty and integrity—he didn’t even charge me for the visit. That level of professionalism and customer care is rare these days. I even tried to pay him, and he simply refused.
If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing right by their customers, Trey is your guy. I’ll absolutely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.
This company has been an absolute blessing to our family. They installed an electric water heater in our home, and it was working fine at first. I was traveling for a few weeks, and when we came back, we realized it wasn’t functioning properly. I contacted the company, and they immediately listened to our concerns and made an effort to come back out. They quickly diagnosed that the issue wasn’t the installation of the water heater, but rather something related to the older plumbing in our house. A couple of months ago we realized we had to replace all of the pipes in our home due to them being polybutylene and replaced with plex. OMG! The expense and disruption was going to be a lot.
We got got qoutes from 4 different plumbers. Letchworth came in the lowest. So much so we thought that could be correct. My wife ran a poll in the New Bern's women group an asked for who was the best from their collective experience. 95% were enthusiastically for Letchworth's and sons.
