I have used this company twice now and both times have been an 11 out of 10!! First was an emergency 2 years ago, busted pipe on a weekend in the middle of a snowstorm! Within 2 hours they had the pipe capped and my water back on! This week I called them back to replace an old and broken hose bib for me. Not only was I on the schedule the day after I called but they had the best price and in about an hour I had a beautiful new hose bib!! We are a big fan in this house!
We needed some plumbing work done, I emailed River Dog Plumbing on a Saturday, presuming they would respond on Monday, and I received a phone call Saturday afternoon! They came to repair our plumbing issue on Monday, and came back on Tuesday to repair another issue we talked about! Great company, excellent work, we are beyond happy!
Great experience! They came out within 2 hours of my call on. Saturday and got the job done the right way after a previous plumber had “fixed” a leak earlier this summer. Wish I had called River Dog Plumbing first!
