We had already been a customer at Carpet One for their flooring, but now it was time to remodel the entire master bathroom. Being newcomers it was very hard to find reliable contractors for the work. Heather Puchalski, Carpet One’s tile expert, was able to provide contractor information as well as guiding us in searching for tile, river rock base and even an explanation of schluter vs bullnose. She handled everything for us from coordinating a bill of materials from the contractor’s take offs to delivery to our property . We could not be more pleased with the contractor’s expertise and skill as well as Heather’s knowledge and efforts. The results are spectacular.
