Andrew and his crew were thorough and detailed. From day one when he was quoting me, I had a good feeling about him. He communicated well upfront and the cost of the project did not change at all.
He showed up on time and started the project on time. Highly recommend him and will most likely use him in the future again.
Andrew completed a fairly tedious remodeling project in our 1940's home which involved removing old tile flooring, refinishing clapboard siding, designing and building custom cabinetry, designing and building a custom step, milling boards to match existing siding, installing LVT flooring, lots of painting, and adding a significant amount of custom trim work- and that doesn't cover all of it. Andrew Skalko & his team (Robert & Marcus)of American Elite Paint & Remodeling were the consummate professionals from point of contact to the finished project! Andrew listened intently to our concerns regarding the cabinetry of both the kitchen and bathrooms. Our cabinets were a dark mahogany with a finish that prevented proper cleaning. Andrew personally inspected the cabinets and presented us with a solid game plan and written estimate. He took the time to explain in detail the whole process in a friendly and concise manner.
