This is a great family owned business. We needed the floor in the entire house leveled and covered. These people did a great job!! Returned my call quickly, gave free estimate and problem solved some of the issues we had with the floor. They had a great selection of floor colors and materials, quickly called when the manufacturer did not have enough product ( & manufacturing date was a month out), so I was able to choose another flooring that was in stock and keep our project on time. I will use this company again & would recommend them to a friend. They travel outside New Bern, price was comparable to two other quotes. We are so happy with the end result!!

The owners were helpful and easy to work with. I appreciated their keeping me informed as to the status of my order. The installation team did a great job. They let me know their arrival times and arrived as scheduled. The called if they were running late because of traffic issues. They worked steadily and were neat and kept dust to a minimum. I would definitely recommend this company. They deserve a 5 star rating in my book!

Brook’s Flooring was so helpful to me as I was changing out flooring in my home. It was a great experience and they did quality work and reasonable prices. I couldn’t be happier with my new floor!
