“I purchased a home by DR Horton. Loving group did the landscaping. Under warranty DR Horton helped with a bush that died and a tree. I unfortunately had bad luck with the tree replacement and DR Horton said that I was out of warranty. Very frustrated with them, I happened to stop by the shop and found it to be closed. Frustrated more, I knocked anyway because there was a car there. TR, the manager there, actually answered the door. He was awesome and said he would fix my tree problem.
