“MetroGreenscape is currently building our outdoor staycation destination extravaganza. It started with an online pool interest form, went within 3 days to an onsite visit with Justin and Kacy. They were very high energy and exuded confidence and excitement. To move forward, we put a $1500 design deposit forward and they began work on the design portion. Within two weeks, we were looking at the drawings in their Charlotte studio and selecting possible materials.<br>Justin has continued to be a great resource, as we have expanded the scope of the project a couple of times. It is a LOT of dirt and disruption, so if you don't have to break up the process and can one and done it--do! The build out continues, but the initial process was stellar and all the teams that complete each facet of the project have been super to work alongside, explaining as they go what to expect by the week. There are weather delays and crazy neighbor shenanigans that are possibilities in any outdoor project-the company and the people have continued to remain flexible, adaptable and communicative every week. We are looking forward to it wrapping, of course, but feel fortunate to have landed with MetroGreenscape.”
“Crew arrived on time, discussed job with us, answered all our questions and gladly permitted our ongoing viewing and questioning of their progress. Excellent performance of a difficult removal of seven tree stumps and extensive roots. Quality soil prep and grading before installation of sod-even watered the new grass! Planting of seven ligustrum was well done. Completed entire job in two days and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with them!”

Recently, I called him to cut our backyard because it had become overgrown while we were away on vacation and he did not hesitate to help us out. “Krystal and Daniel were of the utmost help today. I was in a bit of an emergency situation and needed a full cut and edging this weekend, after finding a violation letter in the mail on Thursday. Krystal came out promptly on Friday for my estimate and came back with Daniel today to do the work. Stayed within my budget and got the work I needed done in a quick manner as today is Saturday and the work is already done before noon. Fully satisfied with the work and happy to stay in budget, as well as avoid the violation when the inspector comes back Monday to check.<br><br>Thank you Krystal and Daniel! “I’ve known Ricardo Black and used Allround Landscaping for around two years while we were maintaining the Eye Dialogue property during the process of selling the building.<br><br>The property backed up to the railroad tracks off Graham Street, and the vines back there were completely out of control. If you ignored them for a month or two, they would start swallowing everything. Ricardo stayed on top of it the entire time. Every couple weeks he’d come out, mow, clean everything up, and keep the place looking good so it stayed presentable while we were trying to sell it.<br><br>What I appreciated most was how reliable he was. If he said he was coming, he came. If I called, he answered or got back to me quickly. He also sent pictures after the work was done, which honestly made things a lot easier because I didn’t have to constantly drive out there just to check the property. The pictures were always current and matched the actual work.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to me was that when the season started ending, he actually called me and suggested pausing service instead of just continuing to bill me. That told me a lot about the kind of person he is. Honest guy, dependable, and takes pride in his work.<br><br>Would definitely recommend him if you need landscaping or property maintenance.”

“We had Chris and his team do A LOT of work for us. We had a retaining wall put in the backyard that looks absolutely beautiful (it was a death trap before they worked on it) We also had an old Red Japanese Maple that many landscapers told us to give up on - and they saved it and it’s thriving now! We had our entire front and back yard done and it looks amazing - we have lush grass and the landscaping is beautiful. We are beyond happy with all of the work that he and his team did and I highly recommend them! If you want it done right - go with Chris and his team! It was an awesome experience! ???”
“This company did a beautiful job of putting the travertine around the pool.They also hauled in alot of rock for the maintenance free side . Built a small wall for the offset of slope in my yard. The firepit was also built by R & R as well as irrigation,fence. 4 stars because the guys were no habla ingles but 5 overall.Vivian does an excellent job of getting the problems translated,if any problems arose. Alan the estimator is very helpful as well.Anthony Sylvan put the pool in and use R & R for the tiling. I hired them for everything and not disappointed.Services: Rock landscaping”
