“MetroGreenscape is currently building our outdoor staycation destination extravaganza. It started with an online pool interest form, went within 3 days to an onsite visit with Justin and Kacy. They were very high energy and exuded confidence and excitement. To move forward, we put a $1500 design deposit forward and they began work on the design portion. Within two weeks, we were looking at the drawings in their Charlotte studio and selecting possible materials.
Justin has continued to be a great resource, as we have expanded the scope of the project a couple of times. It is a LOT of dirt and disruption, so if you don't have to break up the process and can one and done it--do! The build out continues, but the initial process was stellar and all the teams that complete each facet of the project have been super to work alongside, explaining as they go what to expect by the week. There are weather delays and crazy neighbor shenanigans that are possibilities in any outdoor project-the company and the people have continued to remain flexible, adaptable and communicative every week. We are looking forward to it wrapping, of course, but feel fortunate to have landed with MetroGreenscape.”
