Fantastic experience from initial sales call through installation. Thompson Creek's communication and professionalism were top-notch and made us feel very comfortable about our choice to go with them. This was a major investment and we are thrilled with the results.The project manager came by during the install and we noticed a scratch in the glass (from the manufacturer). He called it in immediately and let us know a replacement glass would be installed in a couple of weeks. That's great customer service in my book. The installers did an excellent job and left the site as clean as it was before they started.We would highly recommend Thompson Creek for this kind of work.

I had several window companies provide quotes for the work at my home. I was so impressed with the Thompson Creek product, the information that I was given, that I contracted with them same day. Superior windows they manufacture and install themselves. Very happy with Thompson Creek!
