I want to take a moment to acknowledge one of your technicians, Parker, who came to my house yesterday for winter maintenance on my two HVAC systems.
Parker impressed me in several ways: He arrived on time and wore shoe covers without needing to be asked; He provided excellent service on both units and kept me updated throughout the process, explaining his actions clearly.
During the maintenance, he discovered a small leak from the A/C evaporator. He explained that if left unaddressed, this leak could lead to corrosion and significant, costly damage. He promptly went to get the necessary part and quickly returned to complete the repair.

We had one of our units stop working and Parker from Klimatology came out the next day and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to get a part to fix the unit but was back the next day and fixed it. We’re really pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and timelines.
