I had such an easy time getting my blood drawn today! I am usually very difficult to get blood from and often need multiple sticks and multiple nurses. However, Ja’Markus did it so quick and easy I barely noticed he did it at all. He was also very friendly, as were the front desk workers.
This is a very convenient clinic for me and Dr. Usha is my PCP for more than 10 years. She is very good and very knowledgeable about the health and diagnoses very well. My annual physical are throughly explained to me and the follow ups if any are promptly provided. Today, Kelly is my nurse who took my vitals and she is very good and made sure she gets all the answers to assess me thoroughly and pass the stats to Doctor.
Overall the it is a great clinic to visit.
Side note: nowadays I see some improvement in attending patients, or I have to wait for more than 30 minutes in the lobby.
The staff at Cary Medical Clinic truly stand out. Every nurse and doctor I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel valued as a patient. Dr. Abhay in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that I understood my treatment options and felt comfortable moving forward.
