After attending the Home and Patio Show here in Jacksonville Florida I signed up for a estimate from 2 gutter companies and both can within a few days one at 3:00pm the other at 5:00pm both were very professional and knowledgeable about the process and the problem with our gutters. So the first company gave a estimate thousands over the American Gutter company price. There prices were in line with what the first company started after the coupons and rebates. Make sure you get more than 1 estimate! The first company I told him we didn’t go with them because they started with the price of almost $6,000 and started reducing the cost, I told the guy if he had started with a realistic price we could have considered them. American Gutter installed our gutters with the Splash guards and the gutter guards and there price started half the cost of the first company. So do yourself and your wallet a break by getting more than 1 estimate! All American Gutter thanks for your service!!!
In April of 2022 we had gutters and guards installed on out home. The team that came out was right on time and did a fantastic job. Start to finish including clean up. Cost a little over $5,000. Within a few weeks it rained and we had some places where the water ran over the gutters. In June I called and Matt came out to verify what was happening and said Dustin would be out to take care of it. I sent another message in August. Shortly after someone came out and installed 3 splash guards around the house. The next rain showed that the guards did little to correct the situation. I have had customer service out but It still overflows when it rains. Part of the solution was to give me an extension for my leaf blower to help keep the covers from getting blocked up. It doesn't fit my blower so now my only recourse is to get the ladder out and clean off the guards that I got so I wouldn't have to do this. When I call now I am told that I am out of warranty, even though this has been on going and never properly addressed. They look nice though when the sun is out.
