“First off, know that you must be referred by another dr to get an appt here. The medical staff is the most dedicated and caring I have found. Life-changing. Drs.Alonso, Putilin, and Buchheit have been wonderful. The PT Katy Walker is wonderfully caring, personable and willing to meet you where you are in your capacities and limitations.Unfortunately, there is a lot of turnover in front desk staff and appt. schedulers and at any given time, they are minimally competent at best. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, but don't leave a message bc they will NEVER return it. Also, I was told it would take 2 weeks to determine the cost of a medical device with my insurance, which is a Duke employee plan, the one most choose. Still waiting on that estimate 2 years later.“
