I started seeing Chris to help with stress/anxiety. After the second session I noticed a significant difference and continue to do so. Very thankful a loved one encouraged me to go and that I found Chris/Aspire Acupuncture. Chris is very knowledgeable, kind and truly listens. If you are at all curious- give it a try!
