DO NOT DO IT! The new team is unbelievably rude. They blow up my phone with 10+ calls in 1 hour to confirm an appt days away. I was in a work meeting, but that is uncalled for. This is the most unprofessional dentist office. They run it like a convenient store. My children have been patients here for over a decade and the past few years have went DOWNHILL DRASTICALLY! This has been going on the second the new team took over. Yuck do not do it! I hate to call her out, but when you all lost Jaylen (who always went above and beyond) that was the beginning of the end.

I called to get both my children set up due to there denist passing away. When I called them were laughing and the lady that answered told me she didn't work in office and to hang on then the lady that got on phone was very rude she didn't even ask for a number to call me after she told me to get my kids record's from the old dentist. Definitely not welcoming...felt like I bothered them....do better ?

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional wasn't any help at all running clients off I think should be there business motto I will take my kid elsewhere if this Karen keeps being rude and I'll file a lawsuit
