The tech was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the tech. However communication about arrival time of tech was horrendous. Started the day with an automated call stating the tech would be there between 8 and 10. 10 am passes, no tech. Used link to track tech, said 11 to 1225 now. At 1 received a call from Sears asking if I would be interested in a maintenance plan. The tracker now said 8 to 5. Checked again, said 310 to 4. Tech showed up close 4.
Our technician was absolutely outstanding. Found the issue and was able to fix it in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely use this service again if we ever need it.
