Very friendly people, called about a estimate and they came out the same day, the only problem I had is they wanted to use the existing line set and not replace the cross over, all this was stated on the estimate, so I called and asked about it and she said they would send me another estimate but that's been about a month ago so we decided to go with McKinney's.
