Bryan was friendly and did a great job of repairing our washer. He arrived on time for both visits. What's amazing about that is our repair appointment was on Monday, January 26th after the ice storm at 8 am! So many businesses and schools were closed! We didn't think he would be able to make it to Lenoir but he was here at 8 am, installed the new part and was on his way in about 10 minutes. I can't tell you how grateful we are to have our washer working again after being without it for a week. Thank you, Bryan!

The serviceman ( Jonathan), that came to my apartment was very nice and polite. He got right to work and knew what he was doing. Jonathan explained everything that he did. I was super impressed by his knowledge. I am 100% satisfied with the work he provided. If I need my washer serviced again or my dryer, I would love for Sears to send Jonathan back out.
