While camping at Jellystone Resort in Golden Valley, NC we noticed a foul odor which we determined to be coming from the battery compartment. Fearing it to be a charging problem I reached out to Ian for help. Although he was unavailable to meet me at the park, he walked me through troubleshooting the problem which turned out to be a failed battery, not a failing charger. We replaced the battery and were back in vacation mode within just a few hours. Ian was a lifesaver (RV saver too) even though he wasn’t making anything off his service. Thanks Ian, 5 stars!

I can't say enough good things about this company and Ian, he talked this frantic lone female with zero mechanical experience through getting my RV furnace running!!! Even I was amazed. He did all this via text never acting like I was bothering him and staying very calm and encouraging. Literally incredible! I can't imagine anyone better. Give all your business to these people. I know I would.

Was thankful for their kind and out reaching support. The electric water heater wasn’t working and could not make it up to service today but asked if I could describe the problem through text. And through back and forth guided me through some things to try and watch out for to assess the situation. In the end water heater was fine and their guidance taught me a few things. Appreciated the extra mile. Thanks
