I took my bunny here and was very satisfied with the staff and treatment, however when my bunny got sick and I called back needing help for him asap I didn't have 400$ all at once and they told me they didn't do any payment plans so my bunny hasn't been able to see a doctor yet. This is suppose to be the team that took my bunny in to treat and care for his well being and I couldn't imagine a doctor to turn away one of their patients when they have a life threatening issue just because they need to pay for it in payments. My bunny is very sick and I trusted this place to be there n treat him as if their patients are important and their life worth more than a dollar. I am trying to fight for my bunny life bc he is my family and I don't know how to get him the help he needs as fast as he needs it bc I trusted this place and I am very disappointed in them and I do not recommend them even thought they seemed wonderful at first but they are uncaring when it comes down to an emergency if u need them. I would give minus any stars if possible. Caring for the life of your patients should be number one priority as a doctor especially with an existing patient.

Some say that you get what you pay for. So I will say that the medicine man is a little more expensive but I have seen him do miraculous things with animals. His staff is always so pleasant and willing to help in any way.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The Vet wanted to put my cockatoo under anesthesia in order to put a feather picking deterrent on him, I complained and questioned these methods and I was placed on a “Do not schedule appointment” list. The Vet was also rude and condescending. Avoid this place at all costs.

After sitting in the parking lot for almost an hour an a half and watching person and person that showed up after I did get the help they needed I left I even went inside and I told them hey I’ve been here I was suppose to have an 11 appointment and still no help! Very very disappointed

Was a first-time visitor for my dog. Boo boo. She had her nails growing into her foot and they did a great job taking care of her with the medicine and everything was very reasonable pricing Dr. Very nice and staff. Thank you so much for all your help. I know I'll keep coming back to take care of my little one. Thanks!

Medicine Man Veterinary Hospital has great staff from the front office to the vet techs and of course the docs. My cat and dog get such good care.
