Bought an AC unit from them about 5 years ago . Husband called them this morning around 8-9am saying our ac went out . Josh came out at 12 pm and fixed it right up. Josh was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service . So glad we have cold air again !
Have used these guys for repairs and a mini split install for a finished basement. They keep you informed, clearly communicate the plan, and follow through with their word. Trustworthy, respectful, go above and beyond to meet expectations.
Josh really went above and beyond. Received a few quotes from other places - however, Josh stuck out. Very professional, and honest to his word. Which means A LOT when you have people working inside your home. Very friendly and helpful .. Mckinney’s Heating and Air Conditioning deserves more than 5 stars, their 10/10!
