Summer 2024: What an outstanding experience! Dillon, the owner, came out in a timely fashion to evaluate our situation and then emailed a quote for a few different mini split units. I had called and had many of the other big, and small, Morganton area companies come by - some of whom did not even return my call or want to come out. I had follow up questions for Dillon and he always responded within a day. Absolutely the nicest people you will ever meet. Alex and Bryson installed a new heat pump for me and they were a joy to be around. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up nicely. I truly enjoyed meeting them, very well mannered young men. Gabriel from the electrical side came this morning to install a exhaust fan and he also was very well mannered and pleasant to be around and he did a great job. Mr. Hart you have a great group of employees I hope you appreciate all their hard work and don't let them get away they are more valuable than you know. I will recommend your business to everyone I know. I just can't brag enough about you guys.
