Everyone that works here is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The ladies at the check-in greet you with a smile and get you checked in quickly. I have never had to wait very long past my appointment time. We love our practitioner, Chris Shatley. He always has a plan and listened to your comments and concerns. I feel like he's very up to date with new medications and treatments. We moved here 3 years ago and had to start all over establishing new doctors. Chris was very helpful with getting me to all the different specialists I see.

I would like to highly recommend Burke Primary Care. They have some wonderful providers and staff. I have personally been a patient there for the past 25 years. Dr. Keith Smith is Fantastic! Always answers my questions and listens to my concerns. Never feel "rushed". I'm always able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. It's also very convenient that they offer lab, mammograms, and x-rays on site. They have a late night clinic which is nice for us working parents. They accept patients from newborn to geriatric. Burke Primary has been there for me and my family for so many years. They always get me and my kids in quickly and do a great job. I have used the afternoon clinic many times due to my work schedule and find it so helpful. Dr Davis is so great with my kids and knowledgeable in all she does!! Really all the staff at BPC are like my family and I appreciate them more than they know!!!
