For having two molars extracted, this experience couldn’t have been any better. The office staff was helpful and friendly. Ro and Dr Neuwirth were comforting and gentle. All instructions were explained clearly and thoroughly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Had a consult on 5/26 and they offered to extract as early as 5/29 but I had a schedule conflict that day so we scheduled it for 6/5, instead. I had the same tooth on the other side extracted maybe 10 yrs ago at a different dentist in FL, but the dentist in FL didn’t want to extract the other because they believed in keeping teeth at any and all costs. However, a good provider weighs all the costs, patient history, and long term results to make appropriate medical decision, and in the best interest of their patient. Dr. Neuwirth was amazing during the consultation and the extraction was perfect!
I have dental anxiety and we chatted about UNC basketball and rock music before my procedure. He reassured me every step of the way, and even called me later that evening to check on me after my extraction. 10/10 would recommend!!
