What's amazing about that is our repair appointment was on Monday, January 26th after the ice storm at 8 am! So many businesses and schools were closed! We didn't think he would be able to make it to Lenoir but he was here at 8 am, installed the new part and was on his way in about 10 minutes. I can't tell you how grateful we are to have our washer working again after being without it for a week. Thank you, Bryan! PS: Thank you American Home Shield! What a relief it is to know that we only have to pay a set fee for each service visit. It has saved us a lot of money considering how many times we've had repairs on appliances, plumbing, etc.“
