I just love Cookie and her daughter Nery! They are enthusiastic instructors and make you feel confident each class as we grow in learning the steps. It is So much more than just a line dancing class. It is an experience! I love learning new dances to new songs and the friends we’ve met along the way.
I absolutely love this yoga studio. I came to this studio with minimal yoga experience and every single teacher has met me where I am on my yoga journey, offering guidance and modifications to the different poses. Got my 1st class at this studio with Al. It was such à refreshing interesting and fun practice!!! Actually one of the best I had for postures and breathing. Practice gentle but powerful yoga. Al took the time to demonstrate poses and gave incredible detail instructions to get to the perfect postures. You got to try!
