Not only was she able to locate a duplicate frame for my lenses but was able with the help of the manufacturer's rep to replace my broken frame at no cost to either of us! She happily goes above and beyond all of our expectations. My husband and I have gotten our glasses from her for years, and we both have eye issues that are a little unusual.
