I love this facility. My trainer is Angelica, and she has been working diligently with me to improve my strength, balance and overall stamina. Due to lung issues I have breathing problems. She has been superb in helping me to understand how exercise will help my overall health; but also to improve my breathing patterns when it becomes a challenge during exercise or normal daily activities. If you are a senior and impacted by loss in your strength, balance or lung issues Angelica needs to be your trainer! From the moment I walk through the door, I was greeted at the front desk to going every week to see my trainer. I have felt welcomed. My trainers help me through my weight loss journey. She talks to me and ask me how I feel and she works on what needs to be worked on that day, she pushes me on days I need to be pushed. She is amazing along with the rest of the staff so glad I found this place.

I became a member of anytime fitness in October of 2014 and was there for the first day of CCW. For 71/2 years I was involved with the people who owned, operated and worked at these places. I was in bad shape when I arrived, but with the help of the dedicated people who worked there I was able to get healthy again. But even more importantly I found a lifestyle and made friends that will be with me wherever I am. I’ve been gone for 18 months now but the above review is still relevant. My nutritionist still works with me to this day. I look forward to her monthly calls. Her advice and friendship are invaluable to me.
