Great experience all around. Fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, quality products and friendly attitudes. Dan performed the hardware installation at both of our offices and was great! He went above and beyond what I expected, even cleaning up an old wiring closet and removing obsolete and unused equipment. I would definitely recommend Connecting Point to anyone looking for quality IT services from professional and friendly people.
Thanks again, Bubba and Dan!
I can’t recommend this computer and technology business highly enough. As I was opening my brick-and-mortar location, I ran into major issues with my POS system that could have delayed everything. They stepped in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had everything running smoothly in no time.
Their knowledge, professionalism, and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier. They didn’t just fix the issue—they took the time to explain what was happening and made sure my system was set up properly so I wouldn’t run into the same problems again.
