Yes, I had an earlier bad experience involving insurance, but I did "eat crow" and went back as the providers are awesome. I have not had any other insurance issues since.Dee Cottrell is one of the smartest, kindest, and most amazing people I have ever met. I work in the healthcare field, and can say that you don't find many providers like her. I had my fist visit with this office today. I was referred by an emergency room doctor from Carteret Medical. My initial appointment setting was smooth. I worked with Shannon to get the appointment set, as well as getting my ER records sent over. Upon arrival, I was checked in with ease. As I was filling out paperwork, I was called back. QUICK! I met with Connie, who was welcoming and checked vitals, went over medical history, etc. I met with Dee Cottrell-PA a few minutes later. Again, all very quick!
