“After running into complications with the person who had originally started altering my wedding dress, I found myself with less than a month before my wedding searching for someone with the expertise to help. My dress was 2–3 sizes too big and had already been altered, but the bodice had become so restrictive that I couldn’t comfortably lift my arms. I turned to Google reviews, made an appointment with Yong Bullard at Precise Alterations, and immediately knew she was the right person.

Yong had to work around the previous alterations and completely transformed the fit in a very short amount of time. She has an incredible eye for bridal tailoring and knew exactly how to create a silhouette that flattered my body. The finished gown looked and felt custom-made for me.

What impressed me most was her transparency, expertise, and attention to detail. At my first appointment, she explained exactly what she could do to achieve the look I wanted. Throughout the process, she walked me through every alteration before making it and outlined the cost upfront, so I always knew what to expect. She basted many of the alterations first so I could see the fit before anything became permanent, allowing her to fine-tune every detail to my body. After my previous experience, this thoughtful process gave me so much confidence and peace of mind.

Yong is incredibly talented, creative, understands modern bride tailoring and design, and genuinely cares about her brides. She worked magic under an extremely tight deadline, went above and beyond throughout the process, and even checked in on my wedding day to make sure everything was perfect.
