My entire family and I had been coming to Mrs. Nguyen for years now. First it was small alterations then a tuxedo rental for my prom. We have even came back for more tuxedo rentals for my sister’s wedding which was a very big and special occasion. Something we knew we could trust Mrs. Nguyen for. She is very caring and understanding as well as incredibly talented in her line of work. I could never fathom going anywhere else! Best spot in all of Mecklenburg County.

From the fashion community with high expectations I felt compelled to leave this review after seeing a few negative ones, because my experience here has been consistently excellent for over a decade.
They’ve altered hundreds of pieces for me. Elie Saab couture gowns, Chanel suits and Saint Laurent jeans to scratch the surface. They have taken in pieces that were a size 40 to a 34! This is highly detailed, precision work and it has always been flawless. I now travel several states because I only trust them with my wardrobe.

I drive four hours for my alterations. My clothes are mainly Dior, Chanel, Brunello and alike. I would not trust anyone else. I cannot say enough good things about their work and impressive turnaround time. I had a Galvan gown tailored the same day. O Sew Clean is the best!
