Used Race city to install all 3 units and for their service plan. John, the owner, is always quick to respond and great at explaining all things hvac. Austin has been great for servicing my systems and answering questions as well!

Our heat pump had some years on it and we needed an expert to give us advice about the next step to take. John with Race City gave us options without pressure to simply buy a new unit. He is very knowledgeable and understands what the client is faced with when issues arise.

My air-conditioning stopped working during the night. I called at 11 AM and by noon a technician was out to my house. They had identified the problem as a blower motor had ordered the part…picked it up at 6:30 AM the next day and I was installed in my house by 9:30 AM. I don’t know how they could’ve done it any faster unless the tech happened to have the part in his van that afternoon. It is a red light five stars, very happy fair pricing.
