I have been coming to Paris Nails for awhile now. Rosa is just the sweetest and always has a smile on her face. She goes with every crazy nail idea I have. I do have one complaint though. The lady that sits by her is ALWAYS on her phone and she's not quiet at all either. I come there to relax not to listen to that. I honestly dont know if I will keep coming back if I have to hear that all the time.
You guys... I usually don't like to leave negative reviews because I feel bad but I must warn the girlies. I will say everyone that works here is super nice and I have had good experiences here but not this last time. During my pedicure the lady forgot to turn the water off and it literally over flowed onto the floor... all over my birks and my coach purse - thank goodness I didn't bring my LV that day! Anyway, she did wipe my shoes and the purse but the damage was already done. My shoes were soaked and my was purse soggy. I used to visit another nail salon but consistently faced frustrations: they were either "too full," "not available," or their hours were inaccurately posted--leading me to show up when they were closed. After one too many disappointments, my daughter and I decided to try Paris Nails to celebrate her birthday. What a great decision! I had Ken as my nail technician, and he was nothing short of outstanding. He gave me the perfect pedicure, and my manicure turned out amazing.
