A patient at the Mooresville location thanked a check-in staff member who was a ray of sunshine, friendly, professional, and very courteous. Patients did not have to wait very long after being checked in, and staff were patient and answered all questions. The practice is on the second floor with Labcorp on the first floor.
I consider this practice saved my life. I was experiencing some discomfort in my left hand and arm and made an appointment to see if there was a problem. On meeting with a physicians assistant who asked about my concerns he ordered a heart sonogram and further testing based on the sonogram results. The result of the tests showed I had a 95% blockage related to my left ventricle. I was admitted to the Novant cardiac unit in Charlotte where I received a triple bypass surgery. I saw a new doctor to this practice since my doctor, Dr. Cantor left this practice, Dr. Madigan who was extremely warm, thorough and very kind. We went through my medical history and discussed so many issues. He clearly explained things to me that I had questions about and adjusted my medications. I had a wonderful visit and look forward to having him as my Cardiologist.
They are so professional there’s so much faster to get you help than anyone else in town. I was at another office, not with Novant. The doctors were great, but the scheduling was awful. They could not get you in in a timely fashion a person a real person answers the phone.
