Bob at Lakeshore deck builder was so professional. He came out to give us an estimate and I have never been so impressed with the level of detail put into getting us a quote. He laid out how much materials would be and how much the labor would be and I'll be honest, the value of the price for our new porch and deck was surprisely great! We ordered the materials and when they arrived, Bob and his crew were how early in the AM getting started. We could not be happier with our new porch and deck that overlooks Lake Norman. This company exceeded my expectations concerning the deck we had them build. Camillo was SO NICE and respectful when he came to give us an estimate. He was extremely thorough when explaining the options we had and really helped up design the deck we had always wanted. These guys are pros when is comes to carpentry.
