We've owned several pools over the past 40 years and the difference between good and bad company's is service and response. Many companies can build a quality pool, but follow up is critical. Signature Pools has been great to work with on every issue that has risen.

We had Lake Norman Signature do our in ground pool and hot installation which starter late 2018 and finished in April 2019. Our back yard was a bit difficult to work with but they figured out how to make it work. They also use high quality materials and the pool turned out great! We have had some issues along the way, and they have always been very responsive and did their best to help us out and get the problem fixed. We used LNS Pools during our construction of our home and we were very satisfied with the job. Patrick was our foreman and he kept us informed with every step of the job. Any issues or concerns were always addressed and worked out. The key is having a great line of communication with your foreman and we had that with Patrick! During a pandemic and supply chain issues you must have patience with the process but Patrick and his team worked hard and finished our job as promised and the pool looks amazing!
