I want to gratefully thank Charlotte Pools & Spa for their wonderful assistance is solving my very unique, never seen before problem with my pool.Charlotte Pools & Spa complete our beautiful swimming pool back in 2019. Over last summer, I had noticed a rust discoloration at one of the pool lights, which didn’t make any sense. Then late in the fall, I noticed water running out of a pool light electrical junction box. All of the junction boxes are clearly above the pool water surface … how is this possible? I had my pool service company and a pool electrician look at this situation, but no one could envision why or how water was running out of this junction box....read full review

Swimming pool design, construction, support provided. I heard about the awesome reputation of Charlotte pools before choosing them but really experienced it when we worked together. Top notch, good people, committed, amazing talent. Handled a very tough custom pool design and a challenging space to drop in a pool and they did it on time, on budget!
