Steve and his team are amazing! Our water heater went out and we found out that it was not originally installed properly to code. Steve took the time to explain the issues and concerns, provide options and talk us through the complexities of replacing our water heater unit. We upgraded to install a Rinnai tankless system and could not be happier with the decision. The installation went very smoothly (the team is very thorough and cleaned up after themselves) - they also took the time to explain what they were doing, how to use the unit and make certain any questions we had were addressed. Lake Norman Plumbing just replaced our old tank-style water heater with a new tankless unit and I’m blown away. He explained everything clearly, gave a fair upfront price, and had the whole installation done in under 4 hours. Super clean work, no mess, and they hauled away the old tank.
