Steve took the time to explain the issues and concerns, provide options and talk us through the complexities of replacing our water heater unit. We upgraded to install a Rinnai tankless system and could not be happier with the decision. The installation went very smoothly (the team is very thorough and cleaned up after themselves) - they also took the time to explain what they were doing, how to use the unit and make certain any questions we had were addressed. Lake Norman Plumbing just replaced our old tank-style water heater with a new tankless unit and I’m blown away. We’ve been using the new water heater for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier—plenty of hot water, lower gas bill already, and zero issues. Called Lake Norman Plumbing and Steve answered quickly and made himself available within the hour to come check it out. He offered knowledge and insight about the options for repair/replacement, and answered many questions from a person who knows nothing about water heaters (me!).
